Over the last 10 years, the mel Group team has proudly supported a wide range of charitable causes that hold a special place in the hearts of our colleagues, friends, and families.
Through teamwork, determination, and plenty of community spirit, we have as of today raised over £32,000 for various charities.
Our fundraising efforts have taken many forms, from sporting challenges to friendly competitions, all with the common goal of supporting incredible charities and the people they help every day.
Over the Years, Our Team Members Have Participated In:

- Reading Half Marathon
- Wokingham Half Marathon
- Charity Football Matches
- Charity Cricket Matches
- Padel Competitions
Each event has brought together colleagues, clients, friends, and family members, helping us raise vital funds while creating lasting memories and strengthening relationships across our industry and local communities.
The charities we have supported throughout the years all have personal connections to members of our team and our wider families. Many of these causes have provided support during difficult times, offered life-changing care, or helped loved ones when they needed it most.
Our Charity of the Year – Frimley Health Charity (Cancer Research Services)
This year, we are proud to support Frimley Health Charity’s Cancer Services. So far, we have raised over £3,000, and our fundraising efforts will continue throughout the remainder of the year.
This charity has been chosen as a heartfelt thank you to the incredible doctors, nurses, consultants, specialists, and support teams who dedicate their lives to caring for those affected by cancer. Their compassion, commitment, and expertise have made a profound difference to many of our colleagues, friends, and family members during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Through our fundraising efforts, we hope to give something back to the people and services that work tirelessly to improve outcomes, provide comfort, and support patients and their loved ones throughout their cancer journey.

One of the things we enjoy most about fundraising is bringing people together.
