With 33 years of experience across finance operations, Jo brings a wealth of practical knowledge gained from working with a diverse range of organisations, from smaller family-run businesses through to large blue-chip companies. Jo brings extensive hands-on experience across the finance function.
Alongside their finance experience, Jo has a strong interest in process improvement and is quick to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and make better use of technology. Their experience across different organisations and business environments has given Jo a broad understanding of finance and an appreciation of how effective processes can contribute to a successful and growing business.
Jo joined the company after working in Business Improvement, having made the decision to return to finance and seeking an opportunity where their experience could make a real contribution. Jo was drawn to the opportunity to bring that experience to a growing company and become part of a friendly, supportive and professional team.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys walking and hiking and values spending time with family and friends.
