Robson started his electrical apprenticeship with mel Group back in 2016, becoming an approved electrician, moving into project roles and then gaining his NICEIC qualified supervisor certificate in 2024. Always happy to help, Robson appreciates the solidarity amongst the entire team and the sense of achievement at the end of each day.
Alongside scheduling and supporting the installation teams with safety documentations, risk assessment method statements and materials procurement, Robson takes the lead on our NICEIC certification.
