As a founding member of the mel Group team and with over a decade of dedicated service, Phil manages the contract for one of mel Group’s most prestigious long-term clients.
His career spans an impressive range of complex infrastructure projects, including Thames Water pumping station upgrades, pressure reducing stations for the National Grid, and jet engine test rig facilities for Rolls-Royce, both in Derby and internationally in Brazil.
Phil currently oversees the management of mel Group’s term contracts at Eton College, ensuring seamless delivery of both electrical and mechanical services.
