Miles joined mel Group as an Electrical Contracts Manager in September 2026, bringing extensive experience in the water industry, where he previously held the role of MEICA Project Manager. In this capacity, he successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of clean water and wastewater projects across the Thames Valley region.
Having begun his career in the electrical industry in 2010 after qualifying as an electrician, Miles has progressed through the ranks into senior management positions. His hands-on technical background, combined with strong leadership and project delivery expertise, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of electrical services, plant operations, industrial and commercial processes, as well as instrumentation and control systems. Miles is recognised for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
